Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to create, upload, store, transmit or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or invasive of privacy;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
• depicts non-consensual sexual content or graphic real-world violence;
• promotes terrorism, self-harm, illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking or human trafficking;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity or other intellectual property right; or
• impersonates a real person, brand or public figure, including via voice cloning, without verifiable consent.

You may not generate audio that falsely attributes statements to a real, identifiable person; produce content designed to deceive voters or interfere with elections; create fake emergency alerts; or impersonate government officials, law enforcement, financial institutions or news organizations. Voice clones must be of yourself or a person who has provided documented, revocable consent.

No phishing, scams, robocalls, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive advertising, fake reviews, or content that promotes such activity. No use of the Service to defame, harass, dox or stalk any individual.

You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the models, prompts, weights or trade secrets behind the Service; (b) scrape, mirror or systematically download Generated Content, voice catalogs, or interface assets; (c) use the Service or any output to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark a competing AI, voice library or generative product; (d) circumvent quotas, paywalls, watermarks, authentication or rate limits; or (e) probe, attack or disrupt our infrastructure.

Automated, scripted or programmatic use is permitted only via documented APIs and within published quotas. Excessive load, scraping, or attempts to harvest content beyond reasonable use are prohibited and may be throttled or blocked without notice.

You may use Generated Content commercially in your own ads, productions and client deliverables. You may not (a) repackage Generated Content as a stock library, sample pack, marketplace asset or dataset; (b) resell raw outputs as standalone products; or (c) sublicense the Service itself to third parties without a separate written agreement.

To report a violation, send details (URLs, project IDs, timestamps, supporting evidence) to abuse@adly.studio. We investigate reports in good faith and reserve the right, but not the obligation, to act on them.

We may, without prior notice or liability, remove or restrict access to any content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or revoke licenses to Generated Content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so in our discretion.
