Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund partial periods.

One-time exports, pay-per-spot purchases and credit packs are non-refundable once the underlying spot has been generated, downloaded, or unlocked, or once any portion of the credits has been consumed. Unused credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing but are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Watermarked previews and free-tier outputs are provided so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing and are not refundable. Choosing not to upgrade after previewing is not grounds for a refund.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund where:

• a confirmed Adly-side technical failure prevented you from receiving the export you paid for and we are unable to deliver a working replacement;
• you were charged in error or charged twice for the same item;
• fraudulent activity is confirmed on your payment method.

Refund requests must be submitted to billing@adly.studio within 14 days of the original charge with your transaction ID, project ID and a description of the issue.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period (e.g., the EU/EEA or UK), you may withdraw from a subscription within the period prescribed by law. By starting to use the Service, generating audio or downloading exports during that period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal in respect of digital content already supplied.

Transactions are settled in Barbados Dollars (BBD). Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency to the original payment method. Adly is not responsible for FX fluctuations, foreign-exchange fees or bank charges that may apply to refunds.

If a refund is issued for a project export, the corresponding project will be re-locked and any license to use the related Generated Content terminates immediately. Continued use of refunded content is a breach of these Terms.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your account, revoke licenses to Generated Content, and pursue recovery of disputed amounts and related fees.
