3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@adly.studio containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and its prior location;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove content and terminate accounts in clear cases of infringement, with or without prior notice.
5. AI-Generated Output
Generated Content is produced from user-supplied prompts and AI models; Adly does not pre-screen outputs and is not in a position to verify third-party rights in user prompts. Submitting a notice that targets AI-generated content should identify the specific allegedly infringing output and the protected work it is claimed to copy.
6. No Legal Advice
This policy does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure whether your situation involves copyright infringement, consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
