1. Adly's Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, models, model weights, prompt engineering, voice catalogs, sample libraries, user interfaces, branding, documentation and metadata, is owned by Adly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws. Except for the limited license granted to you in our Terms, no rights are transferred to you. The names “Adly”, “Adly Studio” and our logos are trademarks of Lovable Labs Inc.
2. Your Inputs
You retain all rights you have in the prompts, briefs, scripts, uploaded audio, brand assets and other materials you submit (“User Content”). You grant Adly the license described in our Terms solely to operate, secure and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to submit your User Content and to authorize its processing by our AI vendors (including ElevenLabs).
3. Generated Content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, you own — or, where local law does not recognize copyright in AI outputs, are granted by Adly a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to — the audio mixes, voiceovers, music beds, SFX, scripts and project files you generate (“Generated Content”) for any lawful personal or commercial use, including broadcast, streaming, social, podcasting and paid advertising.
Watermarked previews, free-tier outputs, and assets in demo or template projects are licensed for evaluation and personal exploration only and may not be used commercially or publicly distributed.
4. Non-Exclusivity & Similar Outputs
AI models can produce similar outputs from similar prompts. Adly does not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement of any Generated Content. You are responsible for clearance, including ensuring that names, slogans, music styles, voices and brand references in your prompts do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Voices & Voice Cloning
Stock voices made available through the Service remain the property of Adly or its licensors and are licensed to you only as embedded in your Generated Content. You may not extract, redistribute, resell, sample, or use any voice or voice model as a standalone asset, dataset, or training input.
Custom voice clones may only be created from your own voice or from a person who has provided documented, revocable consent. You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining proof of consent. Adly may suspend, delete or refuse to render any voice clone we believe lacks valid consent.
6. No Training of Competing Models
You may not use the Service, the Generated Content, the voice catalog, or any related output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark or develop any AI model, voice library, dataset, or generative service that competes with Adly. This restriction survives termination.
7. Attribution
Attribution to Adly is appreciated but not required for paid plans. Free-tier and watermarked outputs must retain any embedded watermark and may not be modified to remove it.
8. Third-Party IP
The Service relies on third-party technology (e.g., ElevenLabs voice synthesis). Use of Generated Content remains subject to applicable third-party terms in addition to ours. Where a conflict exists, the more restrictive term applies.
9. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms or this policy are reserved by Adly. If we decline to grant a particular right, that decision is final unless we agree otherwise in a signed writing.
